He founded Shyft in 2022, a solo consultancy that guides clients in building an Omnichannel strategy, capability model, and Operating model. But more than anything else, he is helping them get things done and execute Omnichannel campaigns using his ‘Campaign Mindset Framework.’
Later this year, he will launch Growth for Pharma, a video podcast dedicated to cracking the code on Omnichannel. As a trainer, Philip has trained more than 1000 people in BioPharma on Omnichannel practices and is an international speaker at various conferences and webinars.

Omnichannel is a big topic in our industry, but today it seems that we get stuck in defining what it is, conversations on the latest tech and where we should go.
